These terms apply to qwenimage21.net, an independent platform for AI image generation and editing. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The platform is not an official service of the model developer.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report account access problems through account support.

Your content and acceptable use

Only submit prompts, images, and other materials you have permission to use. Do not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, create abusive or unlawful content, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.

You authorize the processing of submitted materials needed to fulfill your generation and editing requests. We do not claim ownership of your inputs. Rights in generated content depend on applicable law and third-party rights; access to the service does not guarantee exclusive rights or commercial clearance. Review outputs before using or publishing them.

Credits and availability

Generation uses account credits at the rate displayed before submission. Available features, processing time, and output quality may vary. Outputs may contain errors or differ from your prompt, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Paid credit packages are not currently offered on the pricing page. If purchasing becomes available, review the price, credit allocation, billing terms, and any refund terms shown before confirming payment. Existing account credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by applicable law.

Service operation

We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens service security. Features may change or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
